Our refund policy does not apply to web design, web programming or any additional items or services.  No refunds are available after 30 days.  Any request for cancellation must be made in writing and sent by priority mail to the following address: The Underwater Source, LLC.  P.O. Box 1023, Woodbury, CT  06798 or by contacting Customer Service at (203) 525-7709. You will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Underwater Source for violating our terms of use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee.
